Job Summary
A Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst plays a crucial role in helping organizations make data-driven decisions. They collect, analyze, and interpret complex datasets to uncover trends, identify opportunities, and provide strategic recommendations. By leveraging BI tools, automation, and data visualization, they enhance business performance, improve operational efficiency, and support long-term growth. BI Analysts work closely with stakeholders across departments to ensure data accuracy, optimize reporting processes, and develop insightful dashboards that simplify complex information.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets from various sources to generate business insights.
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Zoho Analytics.
- Identify key trends, patterns, and performance indicators to support strategic decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into data-driven solutions.
- Optimize data models, automate reporting processes, and improve overall data management strategies.
- Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with industry standards and best practices.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and create predictive models to drive business growth.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in BI, data analysis, or a similar role.
- Proficiency in SQL, data visualization tools, and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
- Excellent communication skills to present insights to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with cloud-based BI platforms is a plus.
