Job Summary:

A Performance Marketing Manager is responsible for driving measurable growth through data-driven digital advertising strategies. This role focuses on planning, executing, and optimizing paid marketing campaigns across various channels to maximize ROI, customer acquisition, and brand visibility. Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, landing pages, and audience targeting to enhance campaign performance.
• Analyze campaign data, generate reports, and provide actionable insights to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
• Manage budgets across multiple platforms, ensuring optimal allocation of marketing spend.
• Collaborate with content, design, and product teams to align messaging with campaign objectives.
• Implement audience segmentation strategies to enhance targeting and personalization.
• Stay updated on industry trends, algorithm changes, and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in performance marketing, digital advertising, or growth marketing.

• Strong analytical skills and experience with data visualization tools.
