OptyMatch is committed to providing a seamless user experience, and we have established this Refunds Policy to outline the terms under which refunds may be granted. By subscribing to our services, you agree to the terms specified in this policy.


General Refund Guidelines

  1. Monthly Plans:
    • Refunds are not applicable for monthly subscriptions. These plans are billed monthly, and no partial or prorated refunds will be issued.
  1. Quarterly or Annual Plans:
    • Refunds for annual plans will be calculated based on the discounted amount (10 months paid for 12 months of service).
    • In case of cancellation mid-term, the refund will be based on the undiscounted monthly price for the used months.
      • Example: For an annual plan (Rs. 25,000 for 12 months), if canceled after 6 months:
        • Used 6 months at undiscounted monthly price (Rs. 2,500) = Rs. 15,000.
        • Remaining refund = Rs. 25,000 – Rs. 15,000 = Rs. 10,000.
    • Refund calculations will exclude any usage exceeding the proportional allocation of the plan.
  1. Enterprise Plans:
    • Refunds for enterprise clients will be governed by the terms of the specific agreement signed with OptyMatch.
  1. Shutdown of OptyMatch Services:
    • If OptyMatch ceases operations, all clients will receive prorated refunds for the unused portion of their subscription, based on the discounted amount paid.

Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds are applicable only when:

  • The subscription is canceled with unused months remaining.
  • The user has not exceeded allocated credits, chatbot sessions, or parsing limits.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be processed if:

  • The subscription is a monthly plan.
  • The user has exhausted all allocated credits, chatbot sessions, or parsing limits, even if time remains in the plan.
  • The cancellation is requested after the plan’s expiration or in the final month of usage.
  • Violations of the Terms and Conditions or misuse of the platform.
  • If you change your mind after the service has been delivered.
  • If you fail to provide the necessary information or documentation required to utilize the service.
  • If the service was rendered as agreed upon and you simply did not find it satisfactory.

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  2. Include your order number, the service purchased, and a detailed explanation of why you are requesting a refund.
  3. Our team will review your request and respond within 7 business days.

Refund Processing Timeline

  • Refunds will be processed within 15-30 business days after validation.

We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the revised policy on our website. Your continued use of the services after any changes signifies your acceptance of the new Refund Policy.
