Job Summary:

We are seeking a well-organized and proactive Travel Coordinator to manage and streamline all travel-related arrangements for our team and clients. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, booking, and coordinating both domestic and international travel, while ensuring cost-efficiency, comfort, and compliance with company policies. This role requires excellent attention to detail, communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple itineraries simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Arrange air, rail, and ground transportation for business and personal travel.
  • Reserve accommodations, meeting spaces, and other travel-related services based on traveler needs and preferences.
  • Maintain travel documentation including itineraries, visas, travel insurance, and receipts.
  • Ensure compliance with company travel policies and budgets.
  • Negotiate rates and contracts with hotels, airlines, and travel vendors.
  • Provide real-time support during travel disruptions, delays, or emergencies.
  • Monitor travel expenses and submit reports for finance and reimbursement purposes.
  • Coordinate group travel arrangements for team events, conferences, or corporate retreats.
  • Stay updated with global travel regulations, safety guidelines, and visa requirements.
  • Communicate travel details clearly to travelers and address any concerns or last-minute changes.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, Tourism, or related field.
  • 2–3 years of experience in travel coordination, corporate travel, or related roles.
  • Proficiency in travel booking tools and platforms (e.g., Amadeus, Sabre, Concur).
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle time-sensitive changes effectively.
