Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with the online community, respond to comments, messages, and customer queries professionally.
  • Collaborate with design, content, and marketing teams to maintain a consistent brand voice and identity.
  • Track, analyze, and report on social media performance using analytics tools to improve engagement and ROI.
  • Plan and execute paid social media campaigns to increase reach, engagement, and conversions.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in social media marketing or digital marketing.
