Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with the sales team to understand client requirements and deliver compelling product demonstrations and presentations.
  • Act as a subject matter expert to recommend tailored solutions that align with client goals and use cases.
  • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to provide feedback and influence roadmap decisions based on market needs.
  • Conduct in-depth discovery sessions to uncover client challenges and map them to the right product features.
  • Assist in creating proof of concepts (POCs), solution architecture, and proposals during pre-sales activities.
  • Support onboarding and initial implementation by ensuring technical compatibility and smooth transition from sales to delivery.
  • Stay updated with product releases, industry trends, and competitive offerings to maintain a consultative edge.
  • Respond to RFPs and technical documentation requests in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Build strong relationships with prospective and existing clients by being a trusted technical advisor.

Requirements:

  • 3–6 years of experience in pre-sales, solution consulting, or technical sales roles
  • Strong understanding of SaaS products, APIs, and enterprise software
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to translate complex technical concepts into simple business language
