Job Description of Operations Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Operations Manager to lead and streamline the daily functions of our organization. Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations and ensure all departments are aligned with company objectives.
- Develop and implement process improvements to drive efficiency and reduce operational costs.
- Analyze operational performance and prepare regular reports for senior leadership.
- Coordinate across departments (HR, finance, supply chain, customer service, etc.) to resolve issues and enhance collaboration.
- Manage operational budgets, timelines, vendor contracts, and resource allocation.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, safety protocols, and regulatory requirements.
- Recruit, train, and lead high-performing teams to exceed performance benchmarks.
- Identify potential risks and create mitigation plans to ensure business continuity.
Key Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field (MBA preferred).
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in an operations or general management role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Analytical mindset with problem-solving ability.
- Proficient in project management tools and enterprise software (ERP/CRM).
