Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Operations Manager to lead and streamline the daily functions of our organization. This position plays a critical role in ensuring that business operations run efficiently, cost-effectively, and in alignment with strategic goals. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of managing people, processes, and performance, with a sharp focus on optimization, team leadership, and long-term scalability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations and ensure all departments are aligned with company objectives.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to drive efficiency and reduce operational costs.
  • Analyze operational performance and prepare regular reports for senior leadership.
  • Coordinate across departments (HR, finance, supply chain, customer service, etc.) to resolve issues and enhance collaboration.
  • Manage operational budgets, timelines, vendor contracts, and resource allocation.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies, safety protocols, and regulatory requirements.
  • Recruit, train, and lead high-performing teams to exceed performance benchmarks.
  • Identify potential risks and create mitigation plans to ensure business continuity.

Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 3–5 years of relevant experience in an operations or general management role.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Analytical mindset with problem-solving ability.
  • Proficient in project management tools and enterprise software (ERP/CRM).
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and negotiation skills.
