Job Description of Enterprise Sales Manager

We are looking for a high-performing and strategic Enterprise Sales Manager to drive revenue growth by acquiring and expanding relationships with large enterprise clients. This role requires a consultative sales expert who can navigate complex deals, understand client pain points, and position our solutions as long-term business value drivers. Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, engage, and close new enterprise-level clients through targeted outreach, networking, and consultative selling.
- Build and manage a robust sales pipeline by qualifying leads, conducting needs assessments, and crafting tailored proposals.
- Develop deep understanding of client organizations, industry trends, and competitive landscape to offer strategic solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams including product, marketing, and customer success to deliver compelling pitches and seamless onboarding.
- Lead contract negotiations and close multi-year, high-value deals that align with client needs and company goals.
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing enterprise clients to drive upsells, renewals, and long-term partnerships.
- Track sales performance, forecast revenue, and report KPIs to senior leadership with clear insights and recommendations.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and webinars to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.
- Leverage CRM tools to manage accounts, track progress, and document sales activities.
Requirements:
- 5 – 8 years of B2B enterprise sales experience, preferably in SaaS or tech
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding large deal quotas
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
