Job Description of Customer Relationship Manager (CRM)

Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and people-focused Customer Relationship Manager to build, maintain, and enhance long-term relationships with our clients. Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in customer success, account management, or relationship management roles.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho).
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle customer concerns with empathy, patience, and efficiency.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
