Job Summary

An SEO & SEM Specialist is responsible for driving online visibility, increasing organic traffic, and optimizing paid search campaigns to maximize business growth. This role requires a strategic mindset, strong analytical skills, and expertise in search engine optimization (SEO) and search engine marketing (SEM). The ideal candidate understands search algorithms, keyword strategies, and paid advertising to improve website rankings and drive high-quality leads.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve website rankings, organic traffic, and user engagement.
  • Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and on-page/off-page SEO optimizations.
  • Manage and optimize paid search campaigns across Google Ads, Bing Ads, and other platforms to maximize ROI.
  • Monitor website performance using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other SEO tools.
  • Optimize landing pages, meta descriptions, and content for better search visibility and conversions.
  • Conduct A/B testing, track ad performance, and refine PPC strategies to enhance ad effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with content and web development teams to improve website structure and user experience.
  • Stay updated with the latest search engine algorithms, trends, and best practices.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in SEO and SEM with proven success in driving traffic and conversions.
  • Proficiency in Google Ads, Google Analytics, SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, etc.).
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and technical SEO skills.
  • Excellent communication and content optimization abilities.
